戦後社会のなかで自動車事故は、もっとも身近な死の問題であったにもかかわらず、巨大なスポンサーに遠慮して、ドラマにはできなかったんだと思う。別に、そういうジャーナリスト感覚の欠如を責めているわけではなくて、テレビとはそういうものだということを、みんな自覚して付き合うべきなんだと思うな。
